Venue 

The Cuboree site will be the Lester Vaughn Secondary School in the Parish of St. Thomas.

 

Fees

The registration fee for the Cuboree is US$90.00 (this is non-refundable).  All contingents must be registered no later than February 28, 2001 latest

Dates

The Cuboree will be officially opened on 8th August 2001.

Travel Arrangements

Headquarters will make all travel arrangements.

Meals

All contingents are to prepare their own meals.  There will be an on-site supermarket.  Arrangements will be made for contingents to rent stoves and gas.

 

Customs and Immigration

Contingents will be met upon arrival at the Port of Entry and transported to the Cuboree site.  Similar courtesies will be extended on departure.

All participants will be subjected to Customs & Immigration Regulations.  Valid travel documents (passports) are required.

Persons over twelve (12) years of age are required to pay BDS $25.00-airport departure tax.

 

Contingents

Due to limited space, each contingent will be restricted to a specific number.  Please advice as soon as possible, the prpose size of your contingent so that the necessary determination may be made.

Ages

Cub Scouts should be between the ages of eight (8) and eleven and a half (11-1/2 years.
